One of our favorite holidays, only second to National Bacon Lovers Day. We had this idea to recreate the famous painting by Gustav Klimt (you know, the poster you had up in your old college dorm room.) We had a blast hand-making all the details and putting it all together. Now, onto next year’s costume idea…klimt the kiss halloween costume

They just recently re-branded the network in collaboration with Kid Robot (the world standard for vinyl toys). The idea is that these “Noods”, or “blank” characters, can absorb the look/color/attitude of any other object, shape, or character. Kid Robot had hand-painted these 8″ tall figurines for them, and both they and CN, needed some high-quality images of these beauts’ before they get all banged up. :)

I constructed a DIY Macro Studio soft box, (as seen on the Strobist blog) and used one bare 580EX II at 1/16th to light it. Here are some wieners!
